Spread Sheet is much like any other spreadsheet, but doesn't require any math or formulas.
You type a number into the Plus column it will get added to the total.
You type a number into the Minus column, it will get subtracted from the total.
At the top of Spread Sheet, you will see a Total Plus number, a Total Minus number, and the Difference of number.
If the Difference is a negative number the color will be Red, if the number is positive or equal, the Difference will be green.
You can type anything in the Item Name column. If you double-click in the Item Name column, the contents of the clipboard will be copied in the box you double-click in.
You can type anything in the Date column, if you double-click the Date column, you open a Date Tool. The Date Tool starts on today, but you can add or subtract days, weeks, months, or years. There are several other option on the Date Tool.
All of your files will be stored on c:\spreadsheet folder.
You use any text in the Tech box, this create a sub folder, for example, you type TechJim, and this will create a folder called c:\spreadsheets\techjim, and the files will be stored here.
You can type anything you wish for the Customer. Spread Sheet will add a prefix of st, and a suffix of .txt The customer in lower case is the file name. For example: Bills is bills. That makes the entire file and path name c:\spreadsheet\techjim\stbills.txt. You do not need to know this but it is provided to help you understand where the data is.
